Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. But there is one smoking area on the premises.

The Main Building welcomes guests aged 12 and above.
Families with children under 12 are warmly invited to stay in the Annex Building, where rooms available depend on the child's age (based on two adults sharing a room):
Aged 0–6 (bed-sharing): Rooms 202, 204, 207, 209, 210, 211, 212
Aged 7–11: Rooms 202, 203, 204
Aged 12 and above: Rooms 106, 107, 202, 203, 204

Unfortunately we don’t provide wheelchairs at the hotel. However, we are happy to accommodate guests with disabilities at the Annex building which is wheelchair accessible.
