What are the check-in and checkout times?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Checkout is at 11:00 am.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel before the day I will arrive?

Please fill in the name(s) of the guest(s) and the dates they will stay in the “Remarks” section of the Transmittal Letter, and send it to the following address:

Can I smoke?

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. But there is one smoking area on the premises.

I have a child in elementary school. Can my child stay with me?

We are happy to accommodate children under 12-year-old in the Annex building.

Do you have a parking facility?

There is no parking lot here.

Is there a wheelchair available?

Unfortunately we don’t provide wheelchairs at the hotel. However, we are happy to accommodate guests with disabilities at the Annex building which is wheelchair accessible.

Yes but subject to the availability of ingredients on the day. For details, please contact us directly in advance.

Can I bring a pet?

Yes. We have one room that accommodates pets (room 111 in the main building; detached superior machiya style). Please inquire directly regarding the fee and other details.

All guestrooms and the lobby lounge have complimentary WiFi (wireless LAN).

Will there be dressing gowns in the room?

Samue (Japanese style home wear and street clothes) are available in the rooms.
